Bilingual Human Resources Specialist Feb. 6, 2019

Objective
Support HR Team in various administrative tasks including Korean to English and English to Korean translations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strong understanding of Korean and US Cultures.
  2. Translate documents from Korean to English and English to Korean.
  3. Manage manpower planning.
  4. Manage budget plan including labor costs.
  5. Support yearly wage increases.
  6. Support yearly evaluations and promotions.
  7. Manage expat visa documentation.
  8. Manage expat tax reporting support.
  9. Manage expat expenses (flights, benefits related)
  10. Headquarter Reporting.

Collaborative Working Relationships

  • Collaborate with HR team members, including Technical Recruiters, HR Specialists, Sr. HR Expatriate Coordinators, Finance team members, Directors, Department Managers and employees
  • Coordinate with MNA payroll team as required
  • Communicate, coordinate and work with with Third Party Administrator for benefits, 401(k) as required to resolve issues and administer programs

Experience Level

  • 3-5 Years of experience

Educational Requirement

  • Bachelor of Arts (HR, Business preferred)

Additional Experiences

  • Professional Human Resource (PHR) Certification preferred

Required Skills

  • Payroll and benefit administration experience required
  • SAP
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under time-constraints with minimal supervision in fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Travel Requirements

  • Up to 5%

Language Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Korean
