Assistant Product Manager - ADAS Jul. 17, 2018


Drive customer satisfaction and project profitability

Key Responsibilies: 

- Ensure the needs of the client are clearly documented and accurately communicated throughout the organization

- Develop working knowledge of MOBIS' ADAS products

- Document and manage to completion all issues that arise during a project's lifecycle. The metric of success being customer satisfaction and project profitability

- Ensure management possess up to date fact-based information necessary to make well informed decisions

- Identify, track, communicate, and resolve operational issues and process gaps to ensure in-scope on-time delivery of products

- Collaborate with regional project leads and strategy teams to integrate and align individual project roadmaps and schedules to ensure on time, in scope delivery of global projects

- Coordinate logistics and develop strategy to support tradeshows and recruiting events

-Collaborate with regional project leads, management, marketing, sales, customers, strategic partners, and suppliers.

- Coordinate and lead project meetings & communicate meeting results to ensure alignment of all project teams towards a common goal

- Work with the client and company to develop project scope, schedule, and budget. Routinely report status of each project to management and regional team leaders

- Maintain list of open action items and planned corrective actions to mitigate risks to scope and timing of project deliverables

- Support operation of multiple groups within MOBIS North America including Sales and Advanced Engineering


- 2+ years of sales and/or program management experience required

- B.S. in engineering, computer science, or related STEM degree required

- Leadership of engineering and sales teams

- Experience in production and/or technology platform delivery

- Marketing experience
