Bilingual Human Resources Administrative Specialist Jul. 3, 2018

Support HR team with various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all employee files
  • Administer benefit and 401(k) enrollment
  • Enter new hires into SAP system, Master Data File, Organization Chart and send COBRA general notice
  • Remove terminated employees from Master Data File & Organization Chart, terminate in SAP system, benefit sites, & 401(k) site, and send COBRA letter
  • Submit gMobis requests on behalf of HR team for invoices, trainings, events and various needed approvals
  • Process invoices and communicate with Finance team to make sure payments are made on time
  • Approve employee daily timesheets in SAP
  • Submit monthly Headquarter reports
  • Support incoming Expats during transitional period (Visa, Housing, Reimbursements, etc.)
  • Translate documents from English to Korean, & Korean to English

Collaborative Working Relationships

  • Collaborate with HR team members, including Technical Recruiters, HR Assistant Manager, Hr Specialist, Sr Manager of HR, Expatriate Coordinators, Finance team members, Directors, Department Managers and employees
  • Coordinate with MNA HR team as required
  • Collaborate with Mabuk R&D HQ, Mobis HQ HR team and HMG HQ Team as required

Key Tasks

  • Maintain up-to-date personnel, medical and termination files
  • Coordinate and administer benefits, including enrollments, changes, beneficiaries, and COBRA insurance
  • Enter GHRIS data with monthly reporting
  • Administer employee information in SAP system including new hires, paid time off, terminations, changes and corrections
  • Assist with employment verification requests
  • Payment of HR invoices and bill payments with gMobis requests as required

Experience Level

  • 1-2 Years of experience

Educational Requirement

  • Bachelor of Arts (HR, Business preferred)

Required Skills

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under time-constraints with minimal supervision in fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
