Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing and implementing content for New Hire orientation
- Support the Training & Development Strategy as part of overall HR strategy
- Support Individual Development Plans (IDP) across MTCA and MNA-PL
- Design and develop required coursework for technical and functional trainings
- Responsible for course calendar for annual trainings; develop annual training plan based on needs analysis aligned to competencies and IDPs
- Support development of rotational intern/coop program including evaluation and assessment of interns/coops
- Track training and other requested metrics from headquarters
- Act as point individual for all corporate HR Development team communications
- Support Global e-Campus
- Track employee engagement with follow up recommendations from adaptation diagnoses and surveys
- Conduct employee survey with results and findings; facilitate meetings on continuous improvements
- Implement strategies for external and internal methodologies for all coursework
- Enter gMobis system approval requests as required
- Design, development and tracking of monthly training and development key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review, including key actions and targets
- Conduct MTCA Competency workshops as required
- Gather evaluations and leverage feedback for continuous improvement with tracked actions and results
Collaborative Working Relationships
- Collaborate with HR team members, including Technical Recruiters, Training Specialist, HR Specialist, Directors and Department Managers
- Collaborate with Mabuk R&D HQ HR Training Team and HMG HQ Training Team

Experience Level
Educational Requirement
- Bachelor of Arts (HR, Business preferred)

- Demonstrated facilitation skills
